On November 12, 2011 at Administration Academy, Le & Associates joined the program of “Starting your life journey with confidence” held by the University of Economics. The show had various helpful activities to provide senior students with necessary career information from prestigious businesses.
The career consulting activity to students included 4 issues:
- Career orientation
- How to have an impressive and persuasive CV
- How to approach recruiters
- Sharing experience on job interviews
L&A gave two games named Competition on presentation skills and Interview role play
With the consulting program and games, L&A’s recruiters and HR gave the last year students some important skills such as public speaking, CV writing, answering interview questions, etc. Besides, L&A equipped them some useful experiences by games, which helped the senior students more confident to start their tough journey in to a real life.
In the Competition on presentation skills, for example, the students confidently presented their dreams and targets for their near future and plans to reach those objectives. L&A gave 3 gifts to 3 students with most confident and impressive speeches.
In the game of “Interview role play”, the students had real and interesting experiences through the professional and hard interviews by L&A’s recruiters. In this game, they could hear the professional and objective comments that helped them realize their short comings in interviews. Two gifts were granted to 2 best students in this game. Especially, in the part of drawing lots to take part in the show “Talking to Mr Ngo Dinh Duc – L&A’s CEO”, the number of students was more than the expectation of the organizers. This is a practical and useful activity hold by L&A to help the students to have more information on HR consulting career and requirements for input human capacities of businesses via the open talk with MR Ngo DInh Duc, CEO of Le & Associates HR Solutions. The list of those students taking part in the program will be sent to their emails and announced on L&A’s websites and social networks.
L&A’s programs attracted over 300 students within just one day.
It is known that the show of “Starting your life journey with confidence” began in 2009 with the hope of assisting senior students to overcome their problems after graduation. After two years, the program has involved thousands of students from over 15 universities in the city such as the University of Economics, Administration Academy, the Banking University, The Industrial University, The University of Technology, etc.
