HCMC, April 19, 2011, HR Solution Provider Le & Associates Corp. (L&A) has inaugurated a consultancy project entitled “Establish, Implement and Sustain theBalanced Scorecard (BSC)” for Tan Tien Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company, a Vietnam-based manufacturer and trader of multi-layer flexible packaging and containers.
