Mr. Tran Trong Hieu is currently Chairman of Fansipan Green and BODS member of IDJ Asset and BODs member of IDJ Connection. He is also a founding shareholder of IDJ Investment, Hanoi Academy. He is also the Board Chairman and the Board Member of 5 different companies under IDJ Group’s system.
Mr. Hieu was one of the two founding members of IDJ Financial and acted as Chief Executive Officer and BODs member of the company since foundation. Under his leadership, IDJ Financial has made numerous achievements over the last six years, listing on the stock exchange. In 2010, IDJ Financial was recognized as one of the 500 biggest companies in Vietnam by VNR 500.

Ms. Dinh Kim Nhung – Deputy General Director of Human Resource at Masan Consumer.
Ms. Nhung has 20 years in Human Resources including Strategy, Management and Talent Development before becoming Deputy General Director of Human Resource at Masan Consumer. She was the HR Director positions at big corporations such as Unilever, Prudential, BAT and Philip Morris – Vinataba.
Ms. Nhung holds a Master Degree at Asia Institute of Technology Bangkok (Thailand). With her enthusiasm, commitment, knowledge and the belief that human is one valuable asset of the organization, Ms. Nhung relentlessly encourage and support her employees to learn and develop not only for the aim of organization growth but also for each individual own success.
