SPEAKERS’ BIO
1. Ms Cao Thi Ngoc Dung
Ms. Ngoc Dung is currently the Chairman and CEO of Phu Nhuan Jewelry JSC. She has many years of experience in senior positions – Phu Nhuan Jewelry Company (since 1988), Phu Gia Credit Center (since 1990), Eastern Asia Commercial Bank (since 1992) and Energy Vietnam JSC (since 2005).
2. Mr Diep Thanh Kiet
Mr. Diep Thanh Kiet is the CEO of WEC Saigon company from 2002. Starting in 2014, he became the CEO of the Bags Industry of Pacific Investment Group (TBS Group), managing over 8,000 employees out of total 27,000 employees of the Group.
He is also the current Vice Chairman of Vietnam Leather Handbags Association.
3. Mr Kyohei (Kay) Hosono
Mr. Kyohei Hosono is the Managing Director of the Asia Dream Incubator Inc. and CEO of Dream Incubator Vietnam
Mr. Kay has over 15 years of experience working in the field of investment consulting in both public and private sectors worldwide. Before working with DI, Kay worked for the Bank of Japan for International Cooperation (JBIC).
Kay acquired his Bachelor Degree in Russian Science at the University of Tokyo. He also has an International Relations degree at the University of St. Petersburg in Russia and a Master of Public Policy at the University of Michigan, USA.
4. Ngo, Dinh Duc (Mr.) – General Director
Ngo Dinh Duc is a shareholder and serves as the General Director of Le & Associates (L & A). He led the stable growth of the company during the last 5 years at the annual rate of 150%, to become a top supplier of total human resource solutions in Vietnam.
He obtained his BS in System Electrics at the Technical Training University of Ho Chi Minh City and BA in Business Management at the Open University of Ho Chi Minh City.
5. Mr Nguyen Duc Hung
Nguyen Duc Hung is Director of Staffing & Outsourcing Service at Le & Associates (L & A). Hung has 14 years experience in Human Resource Management for multinational and foreign-invested companies.
Nguyen Duc Hung obtained his MBA at the Columbia Southern University (CSU) and his BA in English at the University of Humanity & Social Sciences of Ho Chi Minh City.
6. Mr Nguyen Ngoc Anh Tuan
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh Tuan is currently the Deputy CEO in charge of Human Resources ICP Group. He has experience working in important leadership positions in major corporations both local and international such as Ajinomoto, Cosmetics Saigon, Trung Nguyen, and TNS.
He holds a Master of Business Administration, a linked program between the Open University and the Université Libre -TP.HCM de Bruxelles (Belgium Republic).
He got his Bachelor of Human Resource Management at the University of Economics.
7. Pham, Thi My Le (Ms.) – Chairwoman
Ms. Pham Thi My Le is the founder and Chairwoman of Le & Associates (L & A), a leading provider of Total Human Resource Turnkey Solutions.
She found L&A after 06 years’ working in the senior management level at multinational and state-owned corporations. As a dynamic entrepreneur, she has experienced both success and challenges in different industries such as Software Development, Social Media, Marketing Operation, and Education and Training.
She graduated as a Valedictorian, with a BA in English at Teachers’ training College of Hue. Pham Thi My Le also obtained a BA in Business Management at the Open University of Ho Chi Minh City.
8. Tran, Si Chuong (Mr.) – Vice Chairman
Tran Si Chuong is a shareholder and the Vice Chairman of Le & Associates (L & A).
He has been working as a management and investment consultant for over 20 years in the U.S. and Asia. From 1995-2005, he served as Managing Director of the international consulting firm, James Riedel Associates (USA). Prior to that, he had served as a professional staff member of the Banking committee, US Congress, in Washington, D.C., responsible for economic, banking and monetary issues.
Mr. Chuong graduated from U.C. Berkeley, London School of Economics and Political Science, and the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University.
9. Mr. Vittorio Molinari
Mr. Vittorio Molinari is the CEO of Palladium Group in Southeast Asia region – a world leading company in consulting and Corporate Strategy, which was established by the founder of Balanced Scorecard Tool – Doctor Robert S. Kaplan and Dr. David P. Norton.
He is an executive with nearly 20 years experience in designing and converting the business plan into concrete tangible results.
He holds a Master of Business Administration at the University of Texas, State University San Marcos and a Bachelor of Business Administration at the John Cabot University in Rome, Italy.
