Continuing the success of Vietnam HR Day in 2009, 2010 and 2011, Vietnam HR Day in 2012 will have the topic “Quality of Vietnam Business Leaders” and the goals include evaluating the quality of Vietnam human resources, especially the senior staff, against the demand for development and international integration; tendency and need for senior human resources in the future; condition and solutions to enhance the quality of senior staff in Vietnamese businesses at present.
In the economic crisis, there is a deep consideration about the quality of the leaders, which has a direct impact on businesses’ sustainable development. Vietnam HD Day in 2012 will focus on:
Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the leaders in Vietnamese businesses; their roles in businesses’ sustainable development ;
