Ms. Pham Thi My Le, Chairwomen and Founder of L & A Holdings where she leads the strategic plan, investment and resource coordination to ensure the growth of the companies in the group. The Company is holding minimum capital investment of Trust Tech Group (Japan).
Companies have been specializing in providing manpower solutions which include recruiting, evaluating, training, consulting, outsourcing to thousands of companies in Vietnam, Japan, Australia, North America and Europe with the number of staff that has grown from 5 to nearly 10,000 during the last 19 years.

Duong Tieng Thu – Partner of Phuoc & Associates Law Firm
Before joining Phuoc & Associates, Attorney Thu was a Partner of Phuoc & Partners LLP from September 2010 to August 2019. Prior to that, Thu worked for the Branch of Gide Loyrette Nouel Law Firm in Ho Chi Minh City from January 2009 to September 2010. Thu was a Senior Lawyer of Vision & Associates Legal from May 2003 to September 2008. Thu used to be Legal Counsel for H&M Consulting Co. Ltd from May 2001 to April 2003.
